  • KC Pumpkin Patch has always held a high standard of sanitation. We remain committed to our rigorous sanitation plan, following all CDC and WHO recommended products and methods.

  • KC Pumpkin Patch and vendors are currently operating as a CASHLESS facility.

  • Sanitization stations will be provided.

The safety of guests and employees is our first priority. Your cooperation with our enhanced safety protocols is required while visiting KC Pumpkin Patch. 

There is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place.
By visiting Pumpkin Patch, you are assuming all responsibility for your risk of exposure to COVID-19.


KC Pumpkin Patch - Farm Policies

Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but shall not be limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism activity.

  • Outside food/drink is strictly not allowed onto the premises

  • No pets

  • We may photograph, videotape or record the image and/or voice of any persons who visit KC Pumpkin Patch and use the materials for any purpose without payment or royalties paid to any persons.

  • We reserve the right to deny admission or require a person to leave KC Pumpkin Patch without refund, liability or compensation for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior or for failure to comply with rules and regulations, in the sole discretion of KC Pumpkin Patch.

  • Photography, videotaping or recording by patrons for unapproved commercial purposes is strictly not allowed on the premises.

  • Patrons may not hold unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational or otherwise. Patrons may not solicit money or donations for unauthorized activities.


KC Pumpkin Patch - Digital Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://kcpumpkinpatch.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
